The opening quest asks you to cull the demons roaming the selection area. Fight near the edges, not the center, and let regeneration tick between pulls. A group makes this trivial; solo players should clear deliberately.
The next stage sends you hunting specific fruits hidden around the map. They are scattered deliberately — check treetops, ledges and behind rocks, and use community maps if you are racing daylight.
The selection's parkour section tests movement, not combat. Walk the jumps first where possible, keep stamina food on the bar, and do not sprint blindly — a fall costs more time than patience.
